DESCRIPTION
The All Mountain is what happens when UD applies a running-pack harness to a serious 30L mountain bag. The body uses abrasion-resistant nylon ACE RIP with STS coating in the high-impact zones, dual ice-axe loops that you can access while still wearing the pack, and a compression-moulded back panel that gives the whole thing structure without the bulk of a traditional alpine pack. Up front, the harness keeps soft flasks, phone, food and maps within easy reach — the same close-to-the-body fit UD's running vests are known for, just with the carrying capacity for a full mountain kit. The included All Season Kit (ski hook, ski loop and bungee compression system) converts it from summer adventure pack to winter ski-mountaineering rig in a few minutes.
If you're stitching a Cederberg link-up together with a bit of scrambling, planning a winter Drakensberg attempt that needs an ice axe and a stove, or you want one pack that handles fast-and-light mountaineering, ski touring and big hiking days, this is the one.
