Black Friday Terms & Conditions

DEAR UD COMMUNITY

As we all know, Black Friday traditionally causes havoc on the fulfilment and shipping of orders. 

And whilst we will have a selection of Black Friday deals for you to enjoy, please take note of the following terms and conditions:

DELIVERY

• Expect shipping delays of up to 7-10 days as national courier companies face a surge in orders.
• Overnight Deliveries are not an option, as we cannot guarantee couriers will be able to deliver within that time frame. 

REFUNDS

• No refunds are available on Black Friday specials. 
• Size swaps are available based on stock availability.

Whilst we will do our best to ensure that all orders ship out on time, please be patient with us. We are at the mercy of courier companies collecting on time and we cannot guarantee that they will. Our goal is to ensure all orders ship from our warehouse by Tuesday 28 November. 

Please be respectful of our staff as we navigate through a very busy few days.
