As we all know, Black Friday traditionally causes havoc on the fulfilment and shipping of orders.
And whilst we will have a selection of Black Friday deals for you to enjoy, please take note of the following terms and conditions:
1.1 Black Friday Offers are valid only during the advertised promotional period.
1.2 All times referenced are based on South African Standard Time (SAST).
1.3 After the promotion period ends, discounts will not be honoured under any circumstances.
2.1 All Black Friday Offers are strictly while stocks last.
2.2 Items added to your cart are not reserved until checkout and payment are completed.
2.3 Product availability, sizes, colours, and quantities are not guaranteed during the Black Friday period.
3.1 Black Friday prices are final and cannot be stacked with other promotions, vouchers, coupons, or discount codes unless explicitly stated.
3.2 Pricing may change without notice and is listed in South African Rand (ZAR).
3.3 All discounts will be clearly reflected on product pages or at checkout.
4.1 An order is considered confirmed once checkout is completed and an order confirmation email is received, subject to payment verification.
4.2 If payment fails or is delayed, the Company may cancel the order without liability.
4.3 If a pricing or listing error occurs due to a technical issue, the Company reserves the right to amend or cancel the order in accordance with South African consumer law.
5.1 Black Friday sale items are eligible for exchanges, but only based on stock availability. Please note: size exchanges will be delayed and can take up to 10 working days.
5.2 All returns must comply with our standard Returns Policy regarding timeframes, condition, and packaging.
5.3 Refunds are processed at the actual amount paid, not the original retail price.
5.4 Any free gifts, promotional items, or bundled items must be returned unused and in original packaging to qualify for a refund.
6.1 Delivery times may be longer than usual due to high order volumes during the Black Friday period.
6.2 Once the parcel is handed to the courier, the Company is not liable for delays caused by the courier service.
6.3 Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable except where required by South African law.
7.1 The Company is not responsible for losses resulting from:
Website downtime
Payment gateway failures
Checkout errors
Misprints or incorrect product information
7.2 The Company reserves the right to correct any errors and cancel affected orders with full refunds.
8.1 The Company reserves the right to cancel orders or restrict access to Black Friday Offers for any customer suspected of:
Fraudulent activity
Abuse of promotions
Misuse of discount codes
Creating multiple accounts to bypass limits
8.2 All determinations are at the Company’s sole discretion.
9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, the Company will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:
Loss due to courier delays
Loss of stock availability
Loss resulting from order cancellations
9.2 The Company’s maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the item(s) in question.
10.1 Personal information collected during Black Friday purchases will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
10.2 Customer data will not be shared with third parties except where required to fulfil an order.
11.1 The Company may modify or update these BF Terms at any time without prior notice.
11.2 Your continued use of the website during the Black Friday period constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
Whilst we will do our best to ensure that all orders ship out on time, please be patient with us. We are at the mercy of courier companies collecting on time and we cannot guarantee that they will. Our goal is to ensure all orders ship from our warehouse by Tuesday 28 November.
