Run hot summer kilometres in the Ultimate Direction Stratus Short — a lightweight, relaxed-fit trail short with a perforated UltimateDRY shell, soft brief liner and pockets that actually carry your kit.

DESCRIPTION

The Stratus Short is the short you reach for when it's 30°C in the Cederberg and you want to forget what you're wearing. The outer is UltimateDRY — a perforated polyester-spandex weave that moves air through the side panels and wicks sweat off the fabric instead of holding it. Inside, a soft UltimateKNIT brief liner sits scratch-free against the skin and stays put on the climbs. Flatlock seams keep chafe out of the equation, a drawcord waist dials in the fit, and the zippered back pocket swallows a phone while two open side drop-in pockets handle gels and a key.

If you're logging summer base miles, running anything from a 10k road effort to a Karoo all-day, or you simply want a short that's comfortable enough to forget about after the first kilometre, this is it. The 7"/18cm inseam offers a touch more coverage than race-cut shorts without feeling baggy on the trail.
