Keep grit, mud and trail debris out of your shoes with the Ultimate Direction FK Gaiter — a low-profile, adjustable gaiter built for low-cut trail runners.

DESCRIPTION

The FK Gaiter solves the problem every trail runner knows: small stones, sand and seed pods working their way into your socks halfway up the climb. Made from Kill Twill Stretch Cordura (a tough nylon-spandex blend), it sits snug to the ankle without baggy bunching, and the adjustable Hypalon underfoot strap holds the gaiter down so it doesn't ride up over kilometres of rough trail. When the strap eventually wears through from rock scrape, you swap it out rather than binning the gaiter.

If you're running technical singletrack in the Cederberg, racing the Otter African Trail Run with its endless beach sections, or just tired of stopping to empty your shoes on every Table Mountain link-up, the FK Gaiter is for you. It works with most low-cut trail shoes — no velcro modification required thanks to the underfoot strap design.
